功能食品保健食品配方研發(fā)技術(shù)研發(fā)
崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)中國區(qū)Swisse全線品牌的食品與功能性食品的新品開發(fā)工作,包括配方設(shè)計、原料研究、工藝研究、工廠中試、質(zhì)量研究、穩(wěn)定性研究、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定、標(biāo)簽設(shè)計與審核、產(chǎn)品上市宣稱支持等,具備項目管理與溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Responsible for the product development work of the whole Swisse product line including Normal trade and CBEC, familiar with the product development process, own project management capability, communication and coordination skill, and need to cooperate with production plants and multiple functional teams to complete product development process, including formula design, laboratory trial, pilot trial, process evaluation, quality study, establish product standard, label artwork design and review, and marketing claim support etc.
2、負(fù)責(zé)新原料篩選、應(yīng)用開發(fā)、驗證及數(shù)據(jù)管理工作。
Responsible for new ingredient selection, application, validation and data management.
3、支持研發(fā)技術(shù)平臺的工作。包括感官測試平臺和穩(wěn)定性研究平臺的日常測試、平臺管理、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計與分析等。
Support the work of R&D technology platform. Including the daily testing, platform management, data statistics and analysis work in sensory evaluation platform and stability study platform.
4、熟悉各類食品劑型,跟進對外合作產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目。
Familiar with different dosage form, lead the development project with external collaboration.
任職要求:
1、食品學(xué),營養(yǎng)學(xué),生物學(xué),或藥學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士以上;
Master's degree or above in Food Science and Engineering,Nutrition, Biology, or Pharmacy etc;
2、3年以上在食品、營養(yǎng)食品或保健食品方面的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
3 years or above working experience in product development of Food, nutritional food, supplements.
3、熟悉新品開發(fā)流程(包括配方設(shè)計、原料篩選、小試、中試、產(chǎn)品檢測、穩(wěn)定性研究等)。
Familiar with the new product development process.
4.具備文獻研究、實驗研究、發(fā)表文章、專利等能力和經(jīng)驗, 具備文獻研究、實驗研究、發(fā)表文章、專利等能力和經(jīng)驗。
Has the capability and experience in literature research, experimental research, publication of articles, patents, etc. Has basic research and experimental logic, hands-on capability, data collection and statistical analysis capability.
5. 熟悉中國或美國/澳洲/新西蘭的食品、保健食品法規(guī)。
Familiar with Chinese/AU/US/NZ legal and regulatory requirements.
6.熟悉研發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)管理與系統(tǒng)管理。
Familiar with R&D data management and system management.
7.英語六級及以上水平,優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力,英語可以作為工作語言。
Own proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-6, etc., and be able to communicate in English independently.
8.具備良好的跨部門溝通和協(xié)作能力,積極溝通、主動溝通。待人真誠友好,平易近人,積極向上。
