Job responsibility:
1. Monitoring of supplier quality results, direct triggering of complaints, triggering of immediate
containment actions (24h containment actions) at the plant and at the supplier, including necessary
rework.
2. Support of suppliers with quality problems (8D method), evaluation/release and monitoring of
corrective actions, if necessary, on site.
3. Validation and triggering of charge back related to the incurred reject, rework, and failure costs to
the supplier
4. Support of purchased part product and process approvals for novelties/product changes and
new/changed supplier processes (e.g., auditing) in cooperation with the SQD.
5. Support in the evaluation of the initial sampling release and decision on the acceptance into serial
production for purchased parts within the scope of the product launch stage. Formal transfer to
serial production (project handover).
Job Requirement:
1. 3 years of relevant business experience necessary.
2. Knowledge in problem solving (Corrective a preventive action, 8D, 5 Why, A3 Report, Ishikawa, …)
3. Technical knowledge in terms of methods (FMEA, Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC, …),
Project Management and Basics in Economics
4. Knowledge of production process and production core technologies optional “Internal Auditor”
5. Advanced training and moderation skills
6. Local Language, English independent usage
7. IT skills such as SAP, Office
8. Optional: CAQ, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
