KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Timely and well support Danaher China Finance Excellence Director in organizing, planning, and executing Danaher China Finance projects, training sessions, conferences, and Kaizens, including but not limited to booking venues, setting up venues, managing VOC surveys before and after the activities, posters, invitations, meals, enrollment, preparing required materials, data statistics, maintaining SOP and doing the filing.
? Timely maintain Danaher China Finance Excellence website including associates name list, create training courses and enrollment etc.
? Support finance team payment work and other Adboc
QUALIFICATIONS/BACKGROUND:
? Bachelor’s degree, major in finance, business administration or related field preferred
? Experience of organizing or participating in the implementation and management of training and other projects is preferred, with good thinking and hands-on experience and problem-solving skills.
? Strong Microsoft skills such as Excel, photoshop, PBI etc.
? Strong communication skills, clear logic, organizational and teamwork skills, flexible and determined to deliver the results
? Self-motivated, enthusiasm of continuously learning new knowledge and skills and make improvements
? Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
? CPA/ACCA preferred
