KEY RESPONSIBLILIES: · Provide administrative support to the wider Compliance team. Collaborate with suppliers and merchandising team to co-ordinate samples for third party testing. · Develop test quotes based on briefs from UK technical team. Considering; product design, product destination and customer expectations · Lead and monitor test process with third party labs. · Lead corrective action process for testing failures with suppliers, working with internal & external stakeholders to monitor execution effectively. · Support internal stakeholders & coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality related issues. · Assist the Compliance Manager in collating the weekly auditor travel schedule to maximise audit coverage. · Use NAVEX to create monthly reports to monitor such things as audit expiry dates, certification expiry dates, onboarding status, site visit requirements, etc. · Assist with gathering data for customer information requests. · Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to maintain and update customer compliance requirements and standards. · Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to manage and update all the compliance database on customer portal accounts, factories, and third-party contact list. · Ad-hoc task assigned by direct supervisor.
