preventive maintenance tasks.
4. 規(guī)范設(shè)備維修安全作業(yè)流程，確保維修作業(yè)安全、規(guī)范、高效；
Standardize safe equipment repair procedures to ensure repair work is safe, compliant,
and efficient.
5. 建立合理的設(shè)備設(shè)施備件清單，確保高效的維修周期。
Establish a reasonable spare parts inventory for equipment and facilities to ensure
efficient repair cycles.
6. 提出設(shè)備機械結(jié)構(gòu)或電氣系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化改進方案并推動落地；
Propose and drive the implementation of optimization and improvement plans for
equipment mechanical structures or electrical systems.
7. 建立設(shè)備故障停機時間量化管理機制，推進 OEE 持續(xù)改善；
Establish a quantitative management mechanism for equipment downtime; promote
continuous OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement.
8. 協(xié)同 EHS 工程師定期開展設(shè)備設(shè)施安全風(fēng)險識別及整改，確保符合安全；
Collaborate with EHS engineers to conduct regular safety risk identification and
rectification for equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and
standards.
9. 推進工廠設(shè)備設(shè)施電、氣能耗及油液消耗優(yōu)化改善工作；
Promote optimization and improvement initiatives for electricity, gas consumption, and
lubricant usage of factory equipment and facilities.
10. 參與新項目設(shè)備方案制定及后期的設(shè)備驗收工作；
Participate in formulating equipment plans for new projects and the subsequent
equipment acceptance process.
11. 建立及維護工廠設(shè)備設(shè)施臺賬及設(shè)備布局更新，定期進行設(shè)備使用狀態(tài)評；
Establish and maintain factory equipment/facility ledgers and update equipment layouts;
conduct regular assessments of equipment operating status.
12. 制定工廠的供電、供氣設(shè)施的維護保養(yǎng)計劃并敦促執(zhí)行，監(jiān)控設(shè)施負載狀態(tài)；
Develop maintenance plans for factory power supply and gas supply facilities, ensuring
execution; monitor facility load status.
13. 指導(dǎo)維修技術(shù)員執(zhí)行 5S 管理工作，確保一個整潔舒適的工作環(huán)境；
Guide maintenance technicians in implementing 5S management to ensure a clean, tidy,
and comfortable working environment.
14. 以上維修及維護的設(shè)備包括但不限于臥車、立車、臥加、立加、插齒機、滾齒機、
