Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Enablement
- Deliver enablement programs to equip sales teams with solution knowledge, sales plays, and customer value propositions.
- Support account teams with tools, resources, and competitive insights to drive pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
- Partner with Solution Specialists, Solution Engineer, CSU, and Partner teams to land global/regional GTM priorities in the field
2. Customer Engagement & Activity
Execution
- Plan and execute customer-facing events, webinars, and campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of priority solutions.
- Coordinate with CMO and Partner teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution excellence.
- Track and measure ROI of engagement activities, providing insights to optimize future programs.
3. Business Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, usage, ECIF, MAA, etc.) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to GTM leadership, ensuring clear visibility into progress against business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven recommendations and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM, Marketing, or Business Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business reporting and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel/Power BI and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Excellent project management and execution skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate in a multinational environment.
