CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
?Supports the development and implementation of regional/global sourcing strategies in close alignment with project leader and regional/global category leader.
?Own the end-to-end sourcing, contracting and supplier-management of all production equipment, utility systems and facility-related capital expenditures (CAPEX) for new plants upgrades and continuous-improvement projects, delivering best total cost of ownership (TCO), on-time start-up and full compliance with corporate standards, local regulations and ESG requirements.
?Lead RFx or bidding process,specification alignment, pre-qualification, technical & commercial bid evaluation, cost-break-down analysis, TCO modelling, alternative proposals.
?Consolidate and analyze completed Supplier quotes, proposals and information; account for service delivery and price.
?Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.
?Runs benchmark studies for the Category team and for specific sourcing initiatives.
?Creates local contract amendments to frame agreements on behalf of a country and updates/maintains frame contracts.
?Supports regional/global sourcing initiatives within a defined set of categories, working closely with key stakeholders to implement regional category strategies.
?Onboards new suppliers in close collaboration with the respective local buyer, runs regular supplier evaluations, and provides supplier reports to Businesses and Category Managers.
?Runs regional sourcing initiatives under a defined threshold.
?Initiates Purchase Orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms the delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance to PO requirements.
?Fosters communication internally, externally, and between businesses and supports the implementation of procurement activities and initiatives in the region/country through this clear communication.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
?Demonstrate profession and experience sourcing on construction design institute, construction consulting or real estate management
?University degree, with business or engineering degree preferable
?Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management.
?Good communication and project management skills with an ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver complex strategic initiatives
?Fast problem-solving skills
?Proven financial and business acumen and capability in negotiation, change management and stakeholder management
?Skilled used of with office software, good at data analysis and report, SAP experience is a plus.
?Business negotiation and regularly supplier performance evaluation experience is a plus.
?Basic legal knowledge of relevant contract.
?Business level fluency in English
