4. Training/Workshop Coordination: Organize or facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and line managers.
5. HR Data & Reporting Management: Manage HR data and reporting: Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data and preparation of reports related to FTE movements, employee attrition, promotions, and organizational effectiveness.
6. Business Talent Program Support: Support the business in key talent programs, such as MT programs, young talent management initiatives, and AO site-specific program, etc.
7. GBS Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the GBS team to ensure the smooth progression of HR processes and timely resolution of inquiries.
8. Cross-Party Liaison & Case Resolution: Act as a liaison between different parties to ensure smooth case resolution and enhance user experience.
9. HR Process Proficiency & Improvement: Maintain proficiency in all HR processes and drive continuous improvement of daily operational workflows.
10. HR Project Participation: Participate in assigned HR projects as a team member.
