【工作內(nèi)容】
1. Supplier certification: Be responsible for completing supplier certification and risk assessment processes. Collaborate with the P2P team to complete relevant supplier certifications in a timely manner.

3. Keep communication and coordination with the finance and P2P teams to resolve process issues from the TPRM, COUPA system and API system.
4. Coordinate equipment transportation and logistics: Coordinate international shipping, delivery, and unloading to ensure safe arrival of equipment;
5. Support project team for import equipment tax exemption: Assist with equipment tax exemption applications, including important information from suppliers such as country of origin, HS codes, and commodity pre-classification, ensuring tax exemption applications comply with regulations and avoid potential sanction risks.
6. Assist in evaluating the final cost and value of imported equipment in the overall project investment; properly maintain all procurement-related documents for relevant audits or inspections.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
【任職要求】
1、統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷；英文可作為工作語言；
2、1年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉SAP系統(tǒng)。
3、有醫(yī)藥相關(guān)行業(yè)、大型跨國公司行業(yè)工作背景優(yōu)先。
