VDA
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide support for new product development, actively participating in APQP
processes(supplier related activities)
2. Assessment of potential suppliers, make sure their quality control system,
technical and management ability meet our requirement
3. Clarify our technical and quality requirements to suppliers
4 .Align rules with supplier such as QAA
5. Evaluation of qualified suppliers on a regular basis, monitoring of
corrective actions
6. Tooling quality monitor and reporting
7. Incoming goods quality monitor and reporting
8. Supplier claims(8D) and supplier quality issue shooting
9. Monitor supplier on continuous quality improvement
10. Support regarding supplier audit planning and implementation of supplier
audit plan
11. Cooperate with other departments on supplier quality issue handling and
internal quality improvement
12. QA inspector task assignment in terms of IQC& supplier quality issue
13. To provide necessary trains to suppliers on specific Miba requirements
handling and Miba customer requirements
14. Other activities assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical and engineering
2.More than 4 years of Supplier Quality management
3.Knowledge regarding VDA6.3, VDA6.5
4.Experience of tooling or stamping supplier is plus
