工作職責(zé) | Responsibilities 1. 客戶開發(fā):與市場團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,跟進(jìn)海外銷售線索,開拓大宗商品資訊業(yè)務(wù)的國際化機(jī)會。Account Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on sales leads and explore new international business opportunities in commodity market intelligence services. 2. 客戶服務(wù):協(xié)調(diào)與分析師及其他團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作,解決客戶在試用及使用過程中的問題與需求。 Account Service: Coordinate with commodity analysts and other teams to address customer inquiries and issues during their trial and usage phases. 3. 客戶關(guān)系維護(hù):建立并維護(hù)與客戶的長期合作關(guān)系,深入了解客戶需求,提供量身定制的Mysteel解決方案;通過定期客戶拜訪,挖掘平臺內(nèi)的業(yè)務(wù)增長潛力。Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to gain insights into their needs and deliver tailored Mysteel solutions. Conduct regular customer visits to identify growth opportunities within the Mysteel platform. 4. 銷售運(yùn)營支持:完成相關(guān)銷售報告,處理其他銷售運(yùn)營相關(guān)事務(wù)。 Sales Operations Support: Prepare relevant sales reports and manage other sales operational matters as needed. 崗位要求 | Job Requirements 1. 2-3年市場或銷售相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備大宗商品行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先。2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales; familiarity with the commodity market is a plus. 2. 具備強(qiáng)烈的進(jìn)取心和贏的心態(tài),積極主動,目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向。Highly motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating a strong drive to succeed. 3. 出色的中英文溝通能力,能夠流利地進(jìn)行商務(wù)交流。Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to conduct business conversations fluently. 4. 具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,工作勤奮,正直可靠。Strong team player with a diligent work ethic and a high level of integrity.
