工作內(nèi)容:
1. 管理前臺(tái)區(qū)域的工作環(huán)境:
確保前臺(tái)區(qū)域的整潔、有序,并維持良好的工作環(huán)境。
定期檢查前臺(tái)設(shè)施,確保其完好且符合公司要求。
2. 訪客管理:
負(fù)責(zé)來(lái)訪者的接待工作,包括登記訪客信息。
對(duì)來(lái)訪人員提供必要的指引與幫助。
3. 前臺(tái)電話接聽(tīng):
及時(shí)接聽(tīng)前臺(tái)電話,并解答相關(guān)問(wèn)題。
必要時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)接電話或記錄信息,確保準(zhǔn)確傳遞。
4. 禮賓與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持:
處理前臺(tái)區(qū)域的日常事務(wù),提供必要的禮賓服務(wù)。
在展廳活動(dòng)中,為來(lái)訪者提供相關(guān)信息和解答疑問(wèn)。
進(jìn)行展廳講解
5. 客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度與反饋:
定期參與客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查,確保高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
收集并分析客戶(hù)反饋,用于改進(jìn)服務(wù)。
6. 應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件:
在遇到前臺(tái)區(qū)域的突發(fā)情況時(shí),進(jìn)行迅速而適當(dāng)?shù)捻憫?yīng)。
及時(shí)報(bào)告并協(xié)助解決異常情況。
7. 執(zhí)行其他任務(wù):
積極執(zhí)行由上級(jí)分配的其他相關(guān)工作和任務(wù)。
招聘要求:
1. 大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷,空乘、酒店管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先,具備高端商務(wù)接待服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. 形象氣質(zhì)佳。
3. 至少1年以上接待服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. 具備商務(wù)服務(wù)技能,并熟悉商務(wù)接待禮儀。
5. 具有良好的溝通能力和客戶(hù)服務(wù)意識(shí),能靈活應(yīng)對(duì)各種情況。

Job Description:
1. Manage the Work Environment of the Reception Area:
Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of a good working environment in th reception area.
Regularly inspect reception facilities to ensure their integrity and compliance with company requirements.
2. Visitor Management:
Responsible for receiving visitors, including registering visitor information.
Provide necessary guidance and assistance to visitors.
3. Reception Phone Answering:
Answer incoming calls at the reception promptly and address related inquiries.
Transfer calls or take messages as necessary to ensure accurate communication.
4. Concierge Services and Onsite Support:
Handle daily tasks in the reception area and provide necessary concierge services.
Provide relevant information and answer questions for visitors during exhibition hall events. Conduct exhibition hall explanations.
5. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback:
Regularly participate in customer satisfaction surveys to ensure high standards of service quality.
Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement.
6. Emergency Response:
Respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected situations in the reception area.
Report and assist in resolving abnormalities promptly.
7. Perform Other Tasks:
Actively perform other related work and tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in air hostess, hotel management, or related fields, and experience in high-end business reception services.
2. Professional image and pleasant demeanor.
3. At least 1 year of experience in reception or customer
service.
4. Possess business service skills and be familiar with business reception etiquette.
5. Have good communication skills and a strong sense of
customer service, able to flexibly handle various situations.
6. Strong teamwork spirit, passion for the service
industry, and excellent professional qualities.
7. Have a pragmatic and serious work attitude, able to
withstand considerable work pressure.
8. Experience in corporate or government product
exhibition hall explanations is preferred.
9. Have a Mandarin proficiency level of at least Grade 2
Level A, with fluent and clear language expression. Fluent English speaking
skills, and prior experience in receiving foreign guests or studying abroad is
preferred.
