Benefits to eligible employees, include: Annual Leave Sick Leave Staff referral bonus On-the-job training Promotion opportunities Commercial health insurance Location: Dalian What this job involves Daily system admin for master data management in financial system, e.g. user access etc Check and approve payment request in bank portal daily for APAC countries Coordinate with different parties on new system transition, testing, training, and user troubleshooting etc Gathering requirement and translating business needs into system configurations Work with IT and other teams to support system change or upgrade, ensure cross functional alignment Work with the requester if data is unclear\missing Strictly follow on SLA and checking points to complete the request Priority the urgent requests to meet business requirement Ensuring request comply with both internal and external policies Archive all related documentations for audit purpose Resolve inquiries for stakeholders and system users on the daily basis via emails or phone calls. Independently coordinate with stakeholders for new work task transition comprehensively without any gap. Assisting with other ad-hoc work as required. Interested? Be positive, carefully and patient on daily work, strongly in teamwork Preferred Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting Experiences in BPO industry or foreign enterprise, especially on ERP & Financial Systems Payment approval or process control working experience is a plus Availability to learn and get new skill in self-learning Willing to continuous improvement and workflow automation.
