生產(chǎn)計劃管理安全管理現(xiàn)場管理能接受倒班注塑能接受加班
崗位職責:
1、制定技術(shù)標準，攻克生產(chǎn)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題。
Establish technical standards and resolve critical process challenges.
2、負責質(zhì)量控制體系搭建，監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)流程并推動跨部門問題解決。
Implement quality control systems and coordinate cross-departmental issue resolution.
3、設(shè)計員工培訓與激勵機制，提升團隊效能。
Develop training programs and performance incentives to enhance team productivity.
4、 能負責員工及帶班的管理和培訓。
Capable of managing and training staff and shift leaders.
5、 能對員工和帶班進行目標設(shè)定，績效管理并及時反饋。
Able to set goals, conduct performance management and provide timely feedback for staff and shift leaders.
6、 按時保質(zhì)地完成上級交代的其他工作及項目。
Complete other assigned tasks and projects with quality and on schedule.
7.、熟悉注塑流程管理，能獨立解決問題及流程優(yōu)化。
Proficient in injection molding process management, able to independently solve problems and optimize processes.
任職要求:
職位要求/Requirements：
1、5年及以上注塑生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗。
Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding production management.
2、有團隊管理或流水線管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Team management or production line management experience preferred.
3、具備精益生產(chǎn)知識或經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Knowledge or experience in lean manufacturing is a plus.
4、邏輯清晰，溝通表達能力強；抗壓能力強，具備良好的溝通能力和責任心。
Strong logical thinking and communication skills and ability to work under pressure with high responsibility.
5、此崗位需要倒班。
Shift work required.
6、大專及以上學歷背景。
College diploma or above.
