Duties & Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
1、??主導(dǎo)早期新項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)及建立.Lead from early design and setup of new production line.
2、??評(píng)估項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品工藝時(shí)間及測(cè)量，定義UPH及優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)線平衡.Estimate project process cycle time Idefine UPH and line balance improvement.
3、??主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)線直接人力計(jì)算及計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行Production project direct headcount calculation /plan and execution.
4、??主導(dǎo)提升OEE及UPH.Lead improve OEE and UPH.
5、項(xiàng)目直接人力效率，設(shè)備和面積利用率的監(jiān)控.Monitoring project direct labor efficiency, equipment efficiency and space utilization.
??5、主導(dǎo)組織策劃及給予團(tuán)隊(duì)相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo)如何減少制造過(guò)程中的浪費(fèi).Lead organizes give team guidance how to reduce the waste in all manufacturing process
??6、新項(xiàng)目資產(chǎn)需求評(píng)估.New project capex and opex evaluation。
7、??能隨項(xiàng)目要求跟國(guó)內(nèi)外出差安排， Able to follow up domestic and foreign business trip arrangements as required by the project.

任職要求:
Experience Required 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
1.5年以上消費(fèi)類(lèi)電子產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)IE相工作經(jīng)驗(yàn).5years above in consumer electrical product IE working experiences.
??2、具備PPT, Auto CAD, Excel軟件的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Working experiences of PowerPoint, Auto CAD and Excel software.
3、??熟悉項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)線人力計(jì)算和執(zhí)行.Know well about project production headcount calculation and execution.
??4、具備新項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)線布局圖的設(shè)計(jì)及建立.With experiences new project production layout design and setup.
??5、熟悉關(guān)于計(jì)算工藝制程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間和測(cè)量.UPH定義，生產(chǎn)線線平衡優(yōu)化.Know well process standard time calculation and measuring, UPH define, Production line balance improvement.
6.具備主導(dǎo)組織策劃及給予團(tuán)隊(duì)相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo)如何減少制造過(guò)程中的浪費(fèi).With experiences organize give team guidance how to reduce the waste in all manufacturing process
