職位描述

新品導(dǎo)入（NPI）工藝設(shè)計總裝工藝
崗位職責(zé):
1)在線跟進產(chǎn)品工藝和處理日常異常；
Online follow up product process and deal with daily issue
2)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)生產(chǎn)制造流程的設(shè)計以及文件制訂和發(fā)行,同時完成工藝參數(shù)的驗證和定義；
Work out process flow and work instruction in each NPI phase and complete related parameter for product manufacturing;
3)跟進并分析產(chǎn)品在制過程的問題，提出臨時和長期改善方法以滿足生產(chǎn)計劃和良率要求；
Follow up all failure founded in production and have short/long-term solution to meet build plan and yield target;
4)編寫作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和更新制程參數(shù)；
Edit SOP and update process parameter timely.
5)協(xié)助高級工程師導(dǎo)入新產(chǎn)品，試產(chǎn)跟進；
Assisting Sr. Engineer for NPI, trail run, DOE
6)分析不良品及良率的提升；
Analysis of defective products and improvement of yield
7)產(chǎn)品信息追蹤系統(tǒng)的設(shè)定和維護；
Setup and maintenance of product information tracking system
8)工裝夾具的制訂，維護保養(yǎng)。
Production fixture and small tool buyoff and maintenance.
任職要求:
任職資格
1)大專及以上學(xué)歷
College school or above;
2)三年以上組裝制造工藝經(jīng)驗；
Have three years FATP working experience;
3)熟悉組裝的相關(guān)生產(chǎn)流程管控，以及在線不良產(chǎn)品分析能力；
Familiar with assembly related production process control, as well as online defective analysis ability;
4)熟悉試產(chǎn)和量產(chǎn)流程；
familiar with the NPI phase and MP phase process;
5)熟悉點膠工藝者優(yōu)先考慮；
Familiar with glue dispensing is preferred;
6)良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
