主要工作職責(zé)
???1.構(gòu)思、設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)機(jī)械類產(chǎn)品（如微波和冷凍消融等），確保在開(kāi)發(fā)的所有階段都能滿足所有研發(fā)成果，包括DHF和DMR等。
?2.創(chuàng)建3D/CAD模型，構(gòu)建和測(cè)試原型，并生成工程圖紙。
?3.開(kāi)發(fā)裝配流程和相關(guān)夾具,識(shí)別裝配流程并降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并支持流程優(yōu)化活動(dòng)開(kāi)發(fā)測(cè)試方法、夾具，并為工程和 V&V 測(cè)試編寫(xiě)方案/報(bào)告，與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)和主題專家一起進(jìn)行技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審。
?5.與項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，建立和跟蹤項(xiàng)目指標(biāo)（例如進(jìn)度、預(yù)算、產(chǎn)品成本、可靠性和產(chǎn)量）
?6. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品 QMS 程序生成和發(fā)布設(shè)計(jì)文檔,向職能和項(xiàng)目組合管理團(tuán)隊(duì)提供狀態(tài)更新
?7.展示設(shè)計(jì)和原型制作能力，包括 FMEA、公差分析、可制造性設(shè)計(jì)（DFM）、3D 打印/加工技術(shù)和其他方法
?8. 對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)和工藝過(guò)程中的異常進(jìn)行根本原因調(diào)查，排除偏差

任職資格
  • 經(jīng)驗(yàn)：碩士3年以上或本科5年以上。
  • 教育：本科以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)：機(jī)械、高分子化學(xué)、設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)
  • 語(yǔ)言：具有良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力
  • 行業(yè)/崗位知識(shí)：能熟練使用CAD和Solidworks等畫(huà)圖軟件，具有有源器械、耗材等器械研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
  • 其他：具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和溝通表達(dá)能力
