崗位職責(zé):
1. Assist Beijing sales team with daily operations
協(xié)助北京銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)處理日常事務(wù)
2. Maintain internal sales management systems, including DMS, Navision, Easia, regularly follow up on sales records
維護(hù)內(nèi)部銷售管理系統(tǒng),DMS, Navison, Easia定期跟進(jìn)銷售記錄
3. Follow up and achieve customers’contracts&agreements
跟進(jìn)并歸檔與客戶簽署的相關(guān)協(xié)議
4. Assist sales team in preparing materials required for marketing activities, Exhibition
協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)備市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)、展會(huì)等
崗位要求:
本科及以上
熟練掌握辦公軟件,尤其用Excel處理數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告
英語(yǔ)四級(jí)或以上,能用英語(yǔ)交流
工作積極主動(dòng),有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)
心細(xì),責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備一定的抗壓能力
