英語全白班空運客服貨代客服
工作職責(zé)：
1.Collect declaration documents and information from customer or the overseas to arrange
import clearance correctly and on time, ensure clearance within the team under
internal operation standards and SOP
從客戶或海外收集報關(guān)文件和信息，以正確和及時地安排進口清關(guān)，確保團隊清關(guān)符合內(nèi)部操作sop標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
2.Give delivery instruction to CLD department, ensure customer could get the
cargo as soon as possible.
向CLD部門下達(dá)發(fā)貨指令，確?？蛻裟鼙M快收到貨物。
3.Pass all clearance information and documents to the agency, timely assist them
finish clearance & audit cost from agency.
3.將所有清關(guān)信息和文件傳遞給代理商，及時協(xié)助他們完成清關(guān)工作;代理審計費用。
4.Timely and proactively inform customers of the new updates of the cargo, deal
with other problems raised by customers, send off tax bills and invoice to
customers, in order to meet their needs and maintain great connection with
customers.
4.及時主動通知客戶貨物的新更新，處理客戶提出的其他問題，將稅單和發(fā)票寄給客戶，以滿足客戶的需求，保持與客戶的良好聯(lián)系。
5.Contact with customer about the situation of payment and report to Acct
department, push customer finish payment.
5.與客戶溝通付款情況并向財務(wù)部匯報，督促客戶完成付款。
崗位要求：
- Above College degree
- 大專及以上學(xué)歷
- 1years working experiences in CS position, familiar with the operation process and customs process
- 1年以上CS工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉操作流程和報關(guān)流程
- Microsoft Office skills
- 熟練掌握辦公自動化軟件；
- CET-4 or above, good oral and written English skills
- CET-4及以上，良好的英語讀寫能力。
