崗位職責(zé):
1. 負責(zé)行李輸送系統(tǒng)的日常維護,并在團隊內(nèi)開展技術(shù)分享和培訓(xùn),提升個人和團隊技術(shù)水平;
2. 負責(zé)值班班組的管理,管理并提升自動化處理系統(tǒng)及維護班組的績效表現(xiàn);
3. 與團隊內(nèi)部和客戶運營部門保持良好溝通;
4. 尋找改進機會,并在現(xiàn)場實施快速響應(yīng)行動;
5. 根據(jù)客戶服務(wù)協(xié)議,對服務(wù)現(xiàn)場的備件進行管理和優(yōu)化;
6. 管理并優(yōu)化服務(wù)現(xiàn)場的管理系統(tǒng)(CMMS),同時維護現(xiàn)場的工具設(shè)備;
7. 持續(xù)關(guān)注服務(wù)現(xiàn)場及班組的健康與安全狀況;
8. 負責(zé)新老電氣和機械設(shè)備技術(shù)及維護工具的早期協(xié)調(diào)工作;
9. 負責(zé)優(yōu)化服務(wù)現(xiàn)場和快速響應(yīng)項目,并對 SBS 系統(tǒng)設(shè)施開展預(yù)防性維護和糾正性維護工作;
10. 配合解決 BHS 信息技術(shù)及高級控制方面的錯誤問題。
1. Responsible for daily maintenance of BHS (ICS) assets within SBS operational teams, with commitment towards expected customers’ service levels, for execution of knowledge development and quality of (department) expertise within BHS maintenance teams;
2. Responsible for workload management within relevant PCM duty crews, manage and improve the performance of the Automated Handling system and the maintenance crew;
3. Performance maintain communication internally and with customers operation departments;
4. Locating improvement opportunities and take RMR executions on site;
5. Spare parts management and optimization for service site upon to customers service agreement;
6. Manage and optimize the CMMS and maintain tooling on service site;
7. Continuous focus on Health and Safety on SBS services site and crew;
8. Responsible for early alignment of new and existing electrical & mechanical assets’ technologies and maintenance tools;
9. Responsible for optimization of RMR projects execution on service site (of relevant services within service portfolio), and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of SBS system facilities;
10. Cooperate on solving BHS IT and high level control errors.
任職要求:
1. 技術(shù)工程學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷(電氣工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先),掌握電氣、機械及控制方面的知識;
2. 10 年以上技術(shù)崗位(電氣和機械領(lǐng)域)工作經(jīng)驗,3 年以上管理/團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位工作經(jīng)驗;
3. 良好的客戶導(dǎo)向意識和服務(wù)態(tài)度,致力于持續(xù)改進,具備一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,能夠以身作則;
4. 既懂技術(shù)也懂業(yè)務(wù);
5. 良好的溝通能力。
1. Education in technical engineering bachelor+ (in Electrical Engineering is preferred), electrical, mechanical and control knowledge;
2. 10+ years’ experience in technical function (electrical and mechanical), 3+ years’ experience in management / team leader function;
3. Strong customer focus and service attitude, drive for continuous improvement, excellent personal leadership and team builder, team builder/motivator/coach. Lead by example;
4. Understands both the technical service and tactical business;
5. Proper communication capabilities.
