Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks: 1. Chairing the front desk to answer phone calls and host guests in good manner; 2. Ensure cleanness, tidiness, safety, and security of the office environment; 3. Customer/candidate welcome (lead to meeting room, serve drink); 4. Make travel arrangement for staffs such as airline tickets, hotel reservation, etc.; 5. Provide housekeeping services including mail and messenger delivery, ordering meals, arrange cleaning services, etc.; 6. Maintenance of staff address book and seating chart; 7. Managing company assets, including procurement and maintenance of office equipment and office supplies; 8. Ad hoc support for teams, departments and site-service function. 9. Activities & Events support; 10. Responding to management needs and make necessary arrangement; To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs. Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience: University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 1-2 years reception/administrative experiences Special Knowledge: ? Computer basic knowledge, MS Office ? Strong communication skills in term of English and Mandarin Personal Qualification ? Service-minded, flexible, cheerful, willing to help others; ? Positive attitude,Willing to do multiple tasks, flexible; ? Good manners and appearance ? Resourceful, self-motivated and self-managed.
