Job Description: 1.Grow agent’s business volume & ROP for Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Xiamen, especially on African routes. 2.Promote existing products in air, ocean and warehousing to the agents with aim to grow the business. 3.Support development of existing VIP agents and work on the new agents development closely with corporate Route Managers in the company 4.Drive the local sales activities for the trades with agents. Motivate other sales colleagues in South China to grow the trade (presentations, sharing information, acting as competence center). 5.Work closely with overseas partners and superior manager in setting up the strategy. 6.Build agent network in countries where needed 7.To expertise in country facts and knowledge, economic geography skills, competitor information, key and target accounts 8.To monitor risk management and payment term agreements 9.To prepare quotation to agents when/where needed 10.Ensure all enquiries being received are being responded in a timely manner 11.Ensure all enquiries are being keyed in QuOM 12.Follow up on pending quotations with agents to understand reasons for failure 13.Work with product to improve Winning ratio 14.Deep dive into enquiries if it is for a Key Account and work collaboratively 15.Work out performance report with summary, analysis to identify local branches’ strength and weakness. 16.Provide clear GND business visibility to Line Management 17.Arrange meeting with potential agent and regular review performance with key agent 18.To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs. Requirement: - College degree or above, major in logistics or international trading is preferable. - Have experience in freight forwarding industry. - Proven record of own business development with multinationals - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Work under pressure. - Self-motivated, team-work.
