Responsibilities
1. General pre-setup consultancy (Efficient corporate structuring in China,practical advice on running business in China,business site identification,etc.);
2.Provide professional service to clients (Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprises) in relation to company incorporation, de-registration, capital increment and any other applications;
3. Business licenses and other relevant certificates applications and custody;
4. Provide professional service in relation to capital verification;
5. Assist expatriates to apply for working visa in China;
6. Local government authorities liaison
7. Ad hoc projects.
負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助客戶(hù)辦理工商登記相關(guān)手續(xù)，包括投資前咨詢(xún)、公司注冊(cè)、注銷(xiāo)、增資等事宜；協(xié)助客戶(hù)對(duì)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照及其他相關(guān)證照進(jìn)行管理；協(xié)助客戶(hù)辦理外籍人員來(lái)華就業(yè)手續(xù)；協(xié)助辦理與政府部門(mén)的溝通，等。
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in legal or English;
2. fresh graduates or 1 year's work experience, preferably in business registration;
3. Good spoken and written skills both in English and in Chinese;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team worker, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented;
5. Government authority communication experience is a plus;
6. Legal Professional Qualification Certificate or other work related qualification is preferred.
