PURPOSE AND TARGET 職位目標概要：
The Financial Director will have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational aspects of financial affairs of the Joint Venture (JV). He/She will supervise the accounting / finance and also providing best in class operational management support to the General Manager of JV.

MAJOR DUTIES 主要職責
? Direct and oversee all aspect of the Finance & Accounting functions of the JV, including setting up, maintenance and improvement of financial and management accounting, internal control, fiscal and management reporting, audit procedures, tax and treasury processes in JV.

? Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

COMPETENCE 任職資格
? Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting

? Familiar with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

? Good spoken and written English

? Minimum 10 years of overall financial experience in MNC, at least 6 years of overall management experience in financial department

? Experience in manufacturing industry or similar prefer experience in JV environment. The company sales volume size with more than 200 million is advantage.
