Supplier Quality Engineer / 供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)工程師
Purpose
To support section head/brands to follow up quality assurance/projects with suppliers.
Responsibility
1. New Development:
1) Support Brands/supplier smoothly implement the launch of new developments.
2) Handling the Homologation tests and provided technical support to suppliers if needed.
3) Masterpiece management.
2. Mass production quality related:
1) Manage non-conformities and validate the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
2) Handling the customer complains in terms of quality issues
3. Product Process audit:
1) Conduct supplier product process audits to ensure the conformity with Brand’s specifications.
2) Regular suppliers visit to monitor their product process.
4. Quality Control:
1) Review, verify, and regularly update the inspection plans and quality control criteria with Brands.
2) QC inspection related supporting.
5. Supplier management:
1) Assess and qualify new and current suppliers based on technical capabilities and quality.
2) Develop and execute supplier improvement programs.
3) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality and delivery.
4) Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier base.
6. Other ad hoc tasks that assigned by superior.
Requirement
-At least colleague’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical majoring related.
-More than 2-year working experience in Supplier Quality Management/Development experience, Engineering experiences, manufacturing processes knowledge in watch industry would be great, with certain experience in auditing suppliers would be a bonus.
-English can be a workable language, Cantonese speaking ability is a plus.
-Familiar with product knowledge, QC 7 tools, ISO 9001 and tools like 8D, PPAP, APQP.
-Good Communication, problem-solving and coordination skill.
-Proactive and willing to learn.
-Good at office software handling.
-Willing to accept business trips.
