Job Responsibilities:·
Assist in handling daily
business documents and tasks, including quotation preparation, purchase order
tracking, and internal correspondence

Prepare business reports and
perform data analysis.
·
Maintain customer relationships
and follow up on project progress, supporting account managers with scheduling
and customer queries.

Manage and update
business-related databases and files.
·
Assist in developing and
implementing business process optimization initiatives.
·
Provide accurate and timely
translation of business and technical documents between Chinese, English,
and/or Korean.
·
Coordinate with supply chain
and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
·
Participate in internal and
client meetings as needed to support communication, note-taking, and task
follow-up.
