紡絲母粒配色化學(xué)纖維制造業(yè)
主要職責(zé)：
1. 根據(jù)客戶需求開發(fā)并優(yōu)化母粒產(chǎn)品的顏色配方
Develop and optimize color formulations for masterbatch products based on customer specifications.
2. 進(jìn)行顏色匹配與測試，確保顏色準(zhǔn)確性與一致性
Conduct color matching and testing to ensure consistency and accuracy.
3. 與生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，實(shí)施新配方并解決顏色相關(guān)問題
Collaborate with production teams to implement new formulations and troubleshoot any color-related issues.
4. 維護(hù)顏色配方及測試結(jié)果的資料庫，便于參考與持續(xù)改進(jìn)
Maintain a database of color formulations and test results for reference and continuous improvement.
5. 為銷售與市場團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)支持，解答客戶咨詢并協(xié)助產(chǎn)品展示
Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams for customer inquiries and presentations.
6.關(guān)注行業(yè)趨勢與競爭對手產(chǎn)品，識(shí)別創(chuàng)新機(jī)會(huì)
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
7.參與研發(fā)項(xiàng)目，開發(fā)新顏色配方并優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有配方
Participate in R&D projects to develop new color formulations and improve existing ones.
8.確保顏色配方符合相關(guān)法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for colorants and additives.
9. 培訓(xùn)并指導(dǎo)初級(jí)員工掌握配色技術(shù)與最佳實(shí)踐
Train and mentor junior staff on color matching techniques and best practices.

崗位要求：
1.化學(xué)工程、材料科學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science or related field.
2.至少3年母粒或相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備顏色配方與開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in masterbatch or related industries, with a focus on color formulation and development.
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science or related field.
2.至少3年母粒或相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備顏色配方與開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in masterbatch or related industries, with a focus on color formulation and development.
3.熟練使用配色軟件及工具（如配色軟件、分光光度計(jì)）
Proficiency in color matching software and tools (e.g., Color Match, Spectrophotometers). 4. 深入了解母粒生產(chǎn)工藝及著色劑化學(xué)知識(shí)
In-depth understanding of masterbatch production process and colorant chemistry. 5. 熟悉與著色劑及添加劑相關(guān)的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與法規(guī)（如 REACH、FDA）
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to colorants and additives (e.g., REACH, FDA).
6.具備數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，能精準(zhǔn)調(diào)整配方
Ability to analyze color data and make precise adjustments to formulations.
7.具備良好的書面與口頭溝通能力，能與內(nèi)外部人員高效協(xié)作
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
