財(cái)產(chǎn)險董責(zé)險核保
How you will create an impact：
?Underwrite and develop new and renewal on all Financial Lines minor line products
?Analyze all risks, negotiate coverage, price and terms and terms with agents/brokers/clients independently
?Liaise with agents/brokers/clients and Claims Department and provide technical advice regarding scope of coverage, interpretation of wordings, and applications independently
?Review, amend all policies before being issue
?Identify, develop and establish key producers relationship
?Implement underwriting strategy and methodology to meet production target effectively and profitably
?Develop, communicate, and implement strategies within the context of agreed guidance
?Responsible for new products development and alternate distribution channels as needed, organize and implements cross marketing with other profit centers wherever possible
?Keep Underwriting Manager aware of all major underwriting issues
?Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.

What you’ll need to succeed：
?University Degree in law/finance/accounting preferred
?Demonstrated working experience in the related areas
?Insurance/financial/accounting relevant working experiences is a plus
?Good at all MS Office application
?Must be fluent in English/Mandarin, both written and spoken
?Good financial, analytical, and presentation skills
?Marketing oriented preferred
?Good communication and interpersonal skills
?Target and result oriented
?Tactful in solving problems
?Willing & able to learn in a face-paced environment
?Must be able to work well under pressure
?Must be a team player
