Responsibilities崗位職責(zé): 1. Set goals and plans for key industries and clients such as cold chain arranged by the company, and strive to achieve the goals. 針對(duì)公司安排的冷鏈等重點(diǎn)行業(yè)和重點(diǎn)客戶制定目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃,并努力完成目標(biāo)。 2. Forcast the sales volume about order forms and shipments regularly, provide information for manufacturing and operation departments; 定期進(jìn)行銷售預(yù)測(cè)(訂單和發(fā)運(yùn));為生產(chǎn)及運(yùn)營(yíng)部門提供信息 3. Arrange and analysis sales volume of monthly, make monthly sales report; 每月整理分析銷售業(yè)績(jī),提供月度銷售報(bào)表 4. Master clients and projects information in China. Provide guidance for sales person about products, technicity and price. As a person in charge of project, take part in the whole sales process and assist project sales *** and his regional sales manager to get the order; 掌握全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)銷售的客戶和項(xiàng)目信息;為銷售人員提供產(chǎn)品,技術(shù)和價(jià)格指導(dǎo);作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,深入銷售全過(guò)程并協(xié)調(diào)必要資源促成訂單 5. Focus on catching & understanding the opportunity & change of the market, and share meaningful information with operation,marketing and producing department. 積極與公司運(yùn)營(yíng)、市場(chǎng)及生產(chǎn)部分就市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇及變化定期溝通 6. Assist marketing department develop product marketing plane and analysis successful case. Coordinate with marketing department to develop the popularity of sales tools and organize trainning about the rational use of tools. Assist marketing department make promotion expenses budget and make promotion plan; 配合市場(chǎng)部的產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)推廣計(jì)劃,協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部進(jìn)行成功案例分析;與市場(chǎng)部共同完善銷售工具的普及,并就合理使用對(duì)銷售進(jìn)行培訓(xùn);協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部做好代理商區(qū)域的推廣費(fèi)用預(yù)算并制定推廣計(jì)劃 7. Take part in sales meeting in China and keep communication with sales person and his manager about clients and projects realtime and effectively; 積極參加全國(guó)銷售會(huì)議,并保持與銷售及其經(jīng)理就客戶和項(xiàng)目的實(shí)時(shí)、有效溝通 8. Organize visit to the plant, organize new products promotion activities and review project management; 組織參觀、考察工廠,定期組織新產(chǎn)品推廣活動(dòng)并回顧項(xiàng)目管理; 9. Overall coordination key accounts project in the state to assist local sales tracking projects, and maintain the unity of the price; 總體協(xié)調(diào)大客戶在全國(guó)項(xiàng)目,協(xié)助當(dāng)?shù)劁N售跟蹤項(xiàng)目,并保持價(jià)格的統(tǒng)一性; 10. Develop new key accounts, update annual key accounts list, survival of the fittest. 開發(fā)新的大客戶,對(duì)客戶列表進(jìn)行年度更新,優(yōu)勝劣汰。 Qualification崗位要求: 1. Bachelor degree or Mechanical engineering or relevant subject 機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷 2. 3+ years experience hands on sales experience with mechanical or hydraulic background preferred in MNCs 3年以上跨國(guó)公司機(jī)械或液壓產(chǎn)品方面銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3. Customer focus attitude with excellent communication and coordination ability 以客戶為中心并有極好的溝通和合作能力 4. Self-motivated, a team player 善于自我激勵(lì)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作 5. A good command of English 良好的英語(yǔ)水平 6. Computer literate on MS-office and database 良好的電腦應(yīng)用能力 7. Frequent domestic travel is required 經(jīng)常出差 8.
