Be responsible for logistics delivery, safety management in logistics field, warehouse work control, coordination and improvement, check and modify the warehouse work procedure and management policy, all personnel management and training;

Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
Be responsible for warehouse 5S management and safety management;
負(fù)責(zé)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的 5S 管理（整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養(yǎng)）和安全管理。
Be responsible for warehouse daily work and personnel management, comply with customers and corporate requirements;
負(fù)責(zé)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的日常工作及人員管理，遵循客戶及公司的要求。
Establish and continuously improve the warehouse management workflow and work instructions;
建立并持續(xù)完善倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理工作流程和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書。
Be responsible for warehouse layout and storage adjustment;
負(fù)責(zé)倉(cāng)庫(kù)布局及存儲(chǔ)調(diào)整。
Be responsible for warehouse first-in and first-out management;
負(fù)責(zé)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的先進(jìn)先出管理。
Manage material and finished products acceptance criteria, monitor material storage and delivery;

According to production demand, calculate logistics capacity, optimize material turnover process, arrange personnel scheduling;

Be responsible for the training and evaluation of subordinates;

Be responsible for company material inventory, data analysis, account adjustment and overdue material statistics;

Keep good working relationship with other team;

Required education, experience, knowledge and skills 需要的教育、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、知識(shí)及技能
Collegeor above degree with Logistics related background
具有物流相關(guān)背景的大專及以上學(xué)歷。
At least 5 years’ multinational company working experience in multi SKU, delicate pick & pack warehousing operations. Experienced in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry will be preferable, at least 3 years team management experience
至少有 5 年在大型公司從事多品類庫(kù)存單位（SKU）、精細(xì)分揀與包裝倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有化妝品、食品或制藥行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者更佳，且至少具備 3 年團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Having substantial experience in WMS and ERP system, experience in using SAP will be an advantage
