測(cè)試電子電氣三電系統(tǒng)電控系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)動(dòng)力電池EE新能源汽車乘用車
Job responsibilities: ? Provision of E/E related services in central workshop, such as entire vehicle update, E/E diagnosis, troubleshooting etc. ? Solve new and/or complex E/E technical issues with experience and communication with CoCs in China as well as Germany independently. ? Support others to solve complicated E/E topics. ? Provide training regarding to E/E topics in central workshop whenever necessary ? Introduce new technology/tools/processes for E/E topics to the team. ? Generate new technical documentations/processes regarding to E/E topics in central workshop whenever necessary. ? Keep optimization of exist technical documentations/processes regarding to E/E topics in central workshop whenever necessary ? Internal CoC of data loggers for both HW and SW topics. ? Steer E/E topics in the project with other business units on behalf of central workshop ? Support team leader for management topics ? Support in audit related work. ? Other E/E tasks on request. ? Business travel within mainland China on request. Requisition: * Minimum 5 years working experience as E/E engineer in au-tomotive industry. Development experience is preferred. BMW working experience is preferred * Excellent in both written and spoken English. Professional in technical communication and negotiation. * Good computer skills, experienced user with Microsoft Office for daily work. BMW specific software tools using experience is preferred. * Basic mechanic knowledge of vehicle. Deep understanding of E/E technology in automotive industry. Familiar with vehicle network architecture, network communication protocol in au-tomotive (such as CAN-BUS, Flexray, MOST etc.). Profes-sional in E/E flashing, diagnosis and troubleshooting with own experience as well as communication with other special-ists. Qualification in high voltage system is preferred. Experience in NEV is preferred. Network within BMW E/E relevant department is preferred. Minimum China C1 driving license. * Good teamwork spirit. Good at coaching others in E/E top-ics. Good at presenting and steering in a project team for E/E topics. Good at optimizing processes and support team leader for management work in E/E topics.
