Responsibilities: oLead-Monitor-Drive different projects / programs with interface to the customers in order to reach the released targets; oEnsure the adherence of the Grammer Product Development System (PDS); oCreate project plans under consideration of the projects goals and mile stones; oPlan resources, costs and necessary investments and prepare economic calculation accordingly; oLead the project teams (dotted line) and coordinate; oEnsure successful arrangements with customer and suppliers; oFollow up the project plans, tasks and costs; oDecision making and implementation of corrective actions; oManage the product transfer activities-ensure a smooth and efficient serial launch; oLeading of project closing and creation of final project report (lessons learned). Job Specification / required skills: oBachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering or business with a fine technical grasp; oMinimum 8 years’ experience working in Automotive or Automotive Supplier Industry. Familiar with seating and metal frame. oGood understanding of technical products, customer’s requirements, and expectation; especially for seating assembling, welding, stamping, etc. oWorking in a responsible and independent way; oFluent in Chinese and English, German is optional; oTeam leading experience; oHigh morale and good team player; oGood knowledge of MS-Office (esp. MS-Project and Excel); oHaving R&D experience is preferred. oFamiliar with product launch.
