Indirect Purchasing Department of BMW Brilliance
Automotive (BBA) in Beijing is responsible for purchasing goods and services
for all BMW China entities. Due to the growing number of projects external
support on coordinating purchasing and administration activities is required.
The purchasing support service
deliverables will be done in English in a professional manner and good quality
standard for a team (about 30-40 people), the tasks include mainly, but not
limited to, the following Deliver
-Data analysis per requested by the project
in a logical, structured way to extract。the key message
from raw data for interpretation, and monitor the trend
-Summarize project information and support
developing presentation materials for project approval
-Support in designated purchasing activities.
commercial meeting facilitation, managing process, documentation preparation
etc.
-Deliver Supplier management, including
on-boarding evaluation & steering, supplier performance management and
qualification of certificates, small value order management and steering,
contract management support
-Deliver Vendor master management & creation
-Provide Back-up for chopping services when
needed
