The key responsibility of the Admin Assistant is to provide necessary administrative support for bank-wide systems under IMD’s management as follows:
? Supporting staff on conducting data quality assurance process in Investment Management Information System (IMIS) and Client Relationship Management system (CRM).
? Supporting Portfolio Management Officers (PMO) and System Development team on data migration and document migration of IMIS and CRM.
? Supporting IMD and IT on system access control.
? Supporting in Monitoring system audit summary and identifying data/process issues.
? Providing ad-hoc training and troubleshooting assistance to IMIS/CRM end users, liaising with IMIS technical team as appropriate.
? Providing support for basic system configuration such as revising email templates, updating contact tags etc.
? Assisting staff on data management tasks based on process exception.
? Supporting IT systems roll out, user testing and other post go-live tasks.
? Provide administrative support to staff in Data and System Development team, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information System Management, Economics, Finance, Development Studies, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Previous experience on system administration is desirable.
- Previous experience on Microsoft Dynamic 365 and SharePoint is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Experienced user of Excel, VBA, and statistical programming languages is a plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiar with the context of MDB operation.
- Basic knowledge of database and system development.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude; proven ability to multitask; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; service oriented; attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills and great team player.
- Proficient in verbal/written English.
