Job Description崗位職責(zé)：
1)Follow HSE responsibilities.執(zhí)行HSE相關(guān)責(zé)任。

a. Understanding of working principle Equator and CMM, and learn/manage to solve the problems on measure means. 懂得比對(duì)儀和三坐標(biāo)機(jī)的工作原理，并且能夠解決設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的基本問題。
b. Understanding of general dimensional process control (STR, Equator, CMM). 懂得一般尺寸控制過程控制（矯正，比對(duì)儀，三坐標(biāo)等技術(shù)）。
c. Monitor and apply the dimensional control tolerance to the process. 管理并執(zhí)行尺寸控制的公差控制。
d. Work with product engineer, manage to monitor the dimension items evolutions with statistical analysis tools. 和產(chǎn)品工程師一起，運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具，監(jiān)控批量生產(chǎn)零件的尺寸變化趨勢(shì)。
e. Responsible to other dimension control activities like, master parts management, other measure means in process, operator qualification, dim control alleviation... 負(fù)責(zé)尺寸類其他活動(dòng)，例如標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件管理，其他尺寸檢測(cè)方式使用，人員認(rèn)證，尺寸簡(jiǎn)化測(cè)量等。
4) Responsible of solutions on the process deviation and relate actions to secure and correct the process to the standard level. 負(fù)責(zé)提供工藝偏離的解決方案以及保障工藝回歸正常水平的圍堵措施和整改措施。
a. Use the corresponding method to characterize the process deviation. 用正確的方法定性、定量描述工藝偏離問題。
b. Work with related departs to find correction for the process issues. If the deviation cannot be solved in a short term, the related secure actions and long terms actions shall be studied and. 與相關(guān)部門協(xié)同工作找到偏離問題的整改措施。如果整改不能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)完成，應(yīng)研究執(zhí)行圍堵措施和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的整改計(jì)劃。
c. Report the deviation status to his/her manager and debrief the corrections. 向其直屬經(jīng)理匯報(bào)工藝偏離狀況，并做整改總結(jié)。
5) Responsible of the “standards” for the assigned process. 負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)工藝過程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理。
a. Define, formalize and update the process standard documents (including process work instructions, procedures, instructions, CDC of material/equipment...). 規(guī)定、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化并更新工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件（包括工藝作業(yè)指導(dǎo)文件，流程文件，通用指導(dǎo)說明，原材料或設(shè)備的技術(shù)要求等等）。
b. Able to make critical study of the existing standards. 對(duì)現(xiàn)有的工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做出批判性研究。
c. Make sure that the process standards are compliant with the customer's requirements, the resources available at the QMS. 確保工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和客戶要求、以及QMS中相關(guān)文件一致。
d. Pilot the related calibration/periodic tests activities in his/her process scope. 負(fù)責(zé)工藝過程中相關(guān)校驗(yàn)/周期性測(cè)試的相關(guān)工作。
6) Report periodically on the global situation of the managed process to his/her manager.向其經(jīng)理定期匯報(bào)所負(fù)責(zé)的工藝段整體情況。

Requirements相關(guān)要求：
1.Bachelor degree in materials, or mechanical specialties is preferred. 本科學(xué)歷，材料，機(jī)械類專業(yè)。
2. English speaking/writing/listening level shall be good.良好的英語(yǔ)說/寫/聽能力。
3. Better to have experience on geometry measurement.有測(cè)量方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳。
4. CMM programming understanding/writing. 理解及編寫CMM程序語(yǔ)言。
5. 1-3 years related working experience. 1-3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
