Job Description: - Contact supplier and confirm the cargo readiness once getting requests from destination - Receive legal shipping order from supplier and create shipment in the system - Print internal shipping order into EDI system for booking space at carrier - Ask and instruct destination for back-up carrier in case space is not available - Confirm with agent with information such as carrier name, vessel name, booking no, equipment, ETD, and ETA - Inform supplier about booked space and instruct agents to pick-up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier’s requests - Issue invoice for local charges and send it to supplier - Key T&T events into Procars after receiving MB/L and releasing HB/L - Send pre-alert to destination including HB/L, MB/L and credit or debit note - Store copy of HB/L, MB/L and corresponding with destination/supplier in shipment file Requirements: - College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant - 2 years above experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry, at least 3 years operation experience of sea freight export LCL cargo shipments. - Be familiar with the operation procedure of sea freight export shipments - Good command of English in both speaking and writing - Good command of MS-Office - Good communication skills
