Position Responsibilities:
1) Knowledge about all the current products and services as well as comparable products in the market.
2) On behalf of PINS medical, provides all necessary equipment and products required for the implant during DBS surgeries, possesses the overall capability of implant, services support and troubleshooting techniques (including device selection, programming, implantation and testing of all device systems).
3) Positions as sales, should prepare all the materials independently and be able to assist director to make the necessary documentation (for example: implant registration, packing list, various invoices under different situations), to do the in-house training or outside education services, such as training therapy consultants, clinical specialists, field clinical engineers, etc.
4) Educates and trains our partners, including physicians, hospital personnel and office staff, on technical matters relating to our products and therapies, through 1*1 discussion, in service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums.
5) Candidate is able to manage production/sales order and client services through ERP systems.
6) Strictly follows the corporate system and product rules to complete the high quality work.
7) Keeps good communication with all related partners, including district personnel, customers and other Medtronic employees.
8) Strives to make contribution for the product globalization process, market broadcasting and building PINS brand globally together with IB colleagues.
9) The candidate may need to travel to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings, not only in ASEAN, but also other emerging markets. The candidate should be required to get in touch anytime during the work days. Candidates will perform other related activities, as assigned.
