崗位職責: Credit Services為客戶提供銀行信貸方面的服務,業(yè)務包括貸前財務分析,信貸合同準備,信貸抵押品管理及信貸額度管理。 Credit Services is an End to End Credit Risk Management Business Service for Operating entities across the HSBC Group in Commercial Banking (CMB) and Global Banking & Markets (GBM). It spans across the entire Credit Risk management Value Chain starting from Preparation and On-boarding of a Credit Application in the Bank’s system and financial spreading followed by Credit Disbursement, Risk Monitoring, Control and Management. - Process checker/SME for the team; - Leading a team with around 12 staff; - Coordinating with other departments in case of any query resolution; - Communicating with the Business Area/onshore on a regular basis for completing the work / procedures, etc., - Processing delays or errors will almost inevitably result in serious losses to the group or poor customer service. The maintenance of a high level of internal control is essential to minimize these risks and maximize process security; - Manage day to day operations of processes and drive performance improvement; - Ensure efficiency and quality of the output and mitigate any operational risks; - Ensure adequate Governance for the team.
任職要求: - Accounting or Finance background, and CPA, ACCA or CFA is preferred; - Familiar with the bank operating process; - Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of successfully managing and developing staff across a diverse range of processes, with an ability to provide direction and motivation in an ever changing environment; - Strong verbal and business communication skills in both English & Cantonese; - Proven record in building and maintaining business relationships and a strong customer service drive; - Proven experience of process management, improvement and service management with analytical skills; - Evidence of active participation in establishing and managing effective Operational Risk; - Evidence of strategy design and implementation with sound understanding of internal/external business environment.
