職位描述：
1.根據(jù)公司規(guī)定流程和操作要求，準確無誤完成指定工作，包括安排國際貨運、進出口報關 、國內運輸、監(jiān)管證件代辦等公司業(yè)務；
2.負責客戶委托單證的整理、校對，臺賬的錄入、結費等相關工作；
3.熟練掌握公司客戶的業(yè)務情況，向客戶提供優(yōu)質的服務，維持良好的合作關系；
4.完成客戶或協(xié)助其他員工完成海關查驗、監(jiān)裝等現(xiàn)場操作工作；
5.具有良好的溝通和應變能力，協(xié)助客戶完成跟海關溝通解釋工作，處理異常突發(fā)情況，以 滿足客戶需求；
6.服從主管的工作安排，協(xié)助其他崗位的應急工作；
7.適應蘇州大市范圍內的出差。
任職要求：
1. 大專及以上學歷，報關與國際貨運、物流管理、國際貿易相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
2. 二年以上空海運進出口相關貨代業(yè)務操作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先錄?。?
3. 性格外向、活潑開朗，善于溝通，表達能力強；
4. 有優(yōu)秀的交際能力，樂觀進取，做事勤快，吃苦耐勞，抗壓能力強，工作認真細致，責任心強。

Job description:

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in customs declaration and international freight, logistics management, international trade is preferred;
2. More than two years of operation experience in air and sea freight import and export related freight forwarding business is preferred;
3. Outgoing, lively and cheerful, good at communication and strong expression ability.
4. Have excellent communication skills, be optimistic and enterprising, work hard, bear hardships and stand hard work, have strong pressure resistance, work carefully and have a strong sense of responsibility.
