China IT Service manager belongs to Roche Product Delivery Management Chapter. Mainly responsible for the management & operation of commercial business application/product in China, supporting Roche Pharma Event Management systems.
As a SM You Will
● Co-create product vision and strategy with Product Manager/BP in collaboration with IT experts, external vendors and brings in a value adding Informatics point of view to help continuously improve business processes and solutions. Manage the long-term product Roadmap
● Well understand the Business Process of Pharmaceutical Market Access Domain.
● Ensure the stability and performance of the commercial applications by optimizing processes and systems, including configuration, deployment, monitoring, logging, problem solving and change management
● Ensure the applications’ security, compliance, and data privacy measures are maintained to meet Roche and China legal requirements.
● Based on the standard of Roche IT, prepare corresponding documents for the operation system, including SOP, Operational Support Plan, Governance Model, SLA, etc
● Manage service suppliers and technical vendors.
● Develop detailed delivery plans to ensure the platform is delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
● Lead delivery & run teams, coordinate resources, and ensure the smooth achievement of platform goals
● Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery goals with business needs.
We Hope You Have
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
? Demonstrated commercial Business process analysis/ Application development/operation experience.
? Solid experience of cloud-native technologies, including cloud computing, Kubernetes, and Micro-services.
? A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in project delivery or operational service management.
? At least 2 years of experience specifically within the MNC Life & Science Industry.
? Information Security experience, ex. Pen Test skill will be a good plus
? Fluent in spoken Chinese, with proficiency in both Chinese and English reading and writing.
