工作職責(zé)

? To lead a team of bioanalysis, responsible for team expansion, training, and its daily operation. To enforce and meet EH&S and other operational requirement.
? To develop and validate method of oligo, peptide, small molecule.
? To measure the sample from in vivo and in vitro study using LC-MS/MS and resolve the problems encountered during the analysis process.
? To analyze the data and writing the report.
? Effectively communicate and interface with business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.

任職資格

? PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry or MS related profession, with more than 2 years of relevant industrial experience.
? Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
? Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Preferred qualifications:
? Experience in big CRO companies is a plus.
