一、工作職責(zé) 1. 負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系專家學(xué)者，組織稿件的同行評(píng)審，確保稿件的同行評(píng)審及時(shí)完成； 2. 編排和處理稿件，確保稿件格式正確，及時(shí)發(fā)表； 3. 與期刊主編，編委成員，作者及審稿人建立良好溝通，確保期刊正常運(yùn)作，稿件順利及時(shí)發(fā)表； 4. 關(guān)注期刊學(xué)科領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的研究進(jìn)展，協(xié)助期刊責(zé)任編輯完成期刊發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
二、職位要求 1. 碩士博士?jī)?yōu)先，優(yōu)秀的本科生亦可考慮； 2. 海洋科學(xué)與技術(shù)，海洋資源與環(huán)境，軍事海洋學(xué)，水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖學(xué)，水族科學(xué)與技術(shù)，水生動(dòng)物醫(yī)學(xué)，漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理，漁業(yè)資源，捕撈學(xué)，動(dòng)物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景； 3. 英語(yǔ)六級(jí)； 4. 熟練office辦公軟件； 5. 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能適應(yīng)公司高強(qiáng)度職業(yè)培訓(xùn)，例如：參加職業(yè)培訓(xùn)講座和一對(duì)一導(dǎo)師培訓(xùn)管理。

Assistant Editor for Marine Science English Academic Journal
I. Job Responsibilities 1.Responsible for contacting experts and scholars to organize the peer review of manuscripts, ensuring that the peer review is completed in a timely manner. 2.Arrange and process manuscripts to ensure the correct format and timely publication. 3.Establish good communication with the journal's editor-in-chief, editorial board members, authors, and reviewers to ensure the normal operation of the journal and the smooth and timely publication of manuscripts. 4.Keep abreast of research developments in the journal’s field and assist the journal editor in achieving developmental goals.
II. Job Requirements 1.Candidates with Master or Ph.D. degree are preferred; outstanding undergraduates may also be considered. 2.Related majors，including but not limited to Marine Science and Technology, Marine Resources and Environment, Military Oceanography, Aquaculture, Aquatic Science and Technology, Aquatic Animal Medicine Fisheries Economic Management, Fisheries Resources, Capture Fisheries, Zoology, ect. 3.CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above. 4.Proficient in using Office software. 5.Strong learning ability and adaptability to high-intensity professional training, such as attending professional training seminars and one-on-one mentoring sessions.
III.
