HugeMed is expanding rapidly in North America. We are looking for motivated, business-driven professionals to join our sales team and strengthen our presence in either Canada or the United States.
Role Summary
As an International Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing HugeMed’s business in the Canadian or U.S. market. Whether based at our global headquarters in Shenzhen or working remotely from Canada/USA, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with healthcare providers and distributors, and represent HugeMed’s portfolio of innovative medical technologies.
Success in this role means:
? Establishing new accounts and partnerships in your assigned market (Canada or USA).

? Delivering valuable market insights that shape HugeMed’s strategy.

This role directly supports HugeMed’s global growth strategy and provides high visibility within the organization.
Responsibilities
? Market Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads, accounts, and distributors within Canada or the U.S. market.
? Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
? Market Research & Analysis: Collect and interpret data on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs; prepare actionable reports and presentations.
? Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
? Strategic Execution: Implement company sales strategies, adapt plans based on market realities, and provide feedback to leadership.
? Reporting: Track and communicate sales performance, recommending improvements for growth.
? Travel: Attend meetings, conferences, and client visits within North America to strengthen HugeMed’s local presence.
Qualifications
Required:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, international business, trading, B2B, financial services, or customer service; OR at least 1 year in medical device, diagnostics, laboratory, or healthcare-related sales.
? Professional fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
? Ability and willingness to travel frequently within North America.
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
? Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
? Valid driver’s license; ability to drive independently.
Preferred:
? Work or study experience in Canada or the USA; strong knowledge of local culture and business practices.
? Overseas work experience and adaptability to international collaboration.
? Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
