Participate in the communication and reporting of the scheme phase of the project, able to report on individual designs and control the effects of the construction tie-in phase.
3 有效管理時(shí)間，確保項(xiàng)目圖紙深度達(dá)到要求、設(shè)計(jì)成果符合行業(yè)和部門內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管理體系及國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范。
Manage time effectively to ensure that project drawings are to the required depth and that design deliverables are in accordance with industry and departmental internal quality management systems and domestic design specifications.
4 協(xié)助其他建筑師解決項(xiàng)目技術(shù)相關(guān)問題。
Assist other architects with related technical issues of projects. Collaborate with the team in developing technical design solutions.
5 配合資深設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)項(xiàng)目資料進(jìn)行整理、歸檔。
Work with senior designers to collate and file project information.
6 完成董事和副董事安排的其他工作。
To perform other duties as assigned by the Directors and Deputy Directors.
任職要求Job requirements：
1 建筑學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Major in architecture, bachelor degree or above;
2 3-5年建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 有知名建筑事務(wù)所或知名大型設(shè)計(jì)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3-5 years of work experience in architectural scheme design; work experience in well-known architectural firms or well-known large design institutes is preferred;
3 有志于商業(yè)方向發(fā)展；有參與設(shè)計(jì)大型項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Aspiring to develop in commercial design; have experience in participating in the design of large-scale projects;
4 熟悉相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、精通AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、D5、Rhino、AI等設(shè)計(jì)繪圖軟件；
Familiar with relevant design specifications, proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, D5, Rhino, AI and other design drawing software;
