高端崗位招聘校園招聘技術(shù)崗位招聘獵頭助理人力資源管理師
崗位職責(zé)Job Duties:
1、根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展制定聘計(jì)劃、崗位需求和人員編制。與用人部門溝通,深入了解崗位職責(zé)和要求,確保招聘目標(biāo)與業(yè)務(wù)需求匹配;
Recruitment plans based on the business developmen、job requirements and headcount.Communicate with departments to gain a deep understanding of job duties and qualifications, ensuring alignment between recruitment goals and business demands
2、招聘渠道管理,拓展、維護(hù)招聘渠道,如網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘平臺(tái)、校園招聘、獵頭合作、內(nèi)部推薦等。評(píng)估各渠道效果,提高招聘效率和質(zhì)量;
Recruitment channel management,expand and maintain recruitment channels, such as online, campus recruitment, headhunting and internal referrals. Evaluate the effectiveness of each channel to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality;
3、負(fù)責(zé)簡(jiǎn)歷篩選、面試安排、錄用通知等招聘流程工作,運(yùn)用面試技巧和測(cè)評(píng)工具,評(píng)估候選人能力與崗位適配度,確保招聘流程規(guī)范、高效;
Responsible for the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer notifications. Utilize interviewing techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidates' competencies and job fitness, ensuring standardized and efficient recruitment procedures;
4、建立雇主品牌,更新企業(yè)人才庫,分類管理候選人信息,為人才儲(chǔ)備提供支持;
Established the employer’s brand and updated talent pool, categorized candidates’ informations, and provide supporting for talent reserves;
4、招聘數(shù)據(jù)分析,如招聘周期、成本、錄用率等,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,持續(xù)優(yōu)化招聘流程和策略。
Recruitment data analysis, such as recruitment cycle,cost,hiring rate etc., continuously optimize recruitment processes and strategies based on data analysis results.
任職要求Requirements:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理、管理學(xué)、心理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,通過CET-4優(yōu)先考慮。
Bachelor degree and major in Human Resource、Management、Psychology or related,CET-4 is prefered;
2、5年以上招聘相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉招聘全流程工作,包括渠道管理和拓展、面試評(píng)估、錄用跟進(jìn)等。
5 years Recruitment management experiences, proficient in the recruitment process, including channel management and development, interview assessment and hiring follow-up.
3、熟悉勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)及相關(guān)政策,熟悉各種招聘渠道(如網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)、校園招聘、獵頭合作等),具備校園招聘或獵頭工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
Be familiar with labor law and related policies, familiarity with recruitment channels (online,campus,headhunting,etc.),with campus recruitment or headhunting experience preferred.
4、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和人才篩選、判斷能力,抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, talent screening and judgment abilities, with strong stress resistance.
