Educational
Background- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related / relevant technical discipline. Such as electronics information, communication engineering, automatic controlling, computer science.
Technical Skills-
At least 3 years of work experience as a software engineer.- Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative- Excellent communication skills- Experience in software module and integration testing- Experience in software engineering techniques- Knowledge of micro-controller hardware and peripherals- Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, LIN, K-Line) is considered an advantage
Language Skills-
Fluent English is a must.
IT Skills-
To be skilled at Microsoft office.
Soft Skills-
Good communication skills in a global international company.-Good management of multi-task, multi-customer. - Open mind and ready for new knowledge
- Technical interface between customer, supplier and IEE development centers - Support the technical discussion with customers. - Coordinate the IEE internal software development activities. - Set up good communication channel between IEE China and other IEE offices.
