Responsibilities
You will be the Engineering Lead mainly but not limited to customer programs and introducing new UWB products and systems as well as improvements.
You are expected to play a key role in our functional development, defining/deriving
the product specification and architecture, in close collaboration with functional specialists and your System Engineering peers.
· Engineering lead in product function development programs
· Participating in assessing development ideas and generating the necessary engineering recommendations to pursue or not pursue product ideas.
· Transferring of generic customer and stakeholder specifications into IEE system requirements
· Responsibility for ensuring that our generic product is developed to customer needs
· Definition and support of system test concepts
· Perform engineering releases of system concepts
· Leading design FMEAs
· Presenting technical topics internally to customers and suppliers
· Setting up and maintaining Engineering Configuration Management in close collaboration with the Program and Department Manager.
