機械設計結構設計UGNXPro/E汽車制造通用設備制造
Responsibilities 崗位職責 :
1. Implement product and solution development according to customer request or company strategy;1.根據(jù)客戶要求或公司戰(zhàn)略實施產品和解決方案開發(fā)；
2. Conduct NPD/Innovation projects development from concept design, prototype and verification, tool development, pilot runs and commercialization;
2.新產品/創(chuàng)新項目開發(fā)，包括概念設計、原型和驗證、模具開發(fā)、試運行和量產；
3. Improve current products to meet customer demand, support in VE and production efficiency improvements;
3.改進現(xiàn)有產品以滿足客戶需求，并支持成本和生產效率改進；
4. Work with manufacturing during the design stage to incorporate manufacturability into the product design;
4.在設計階段與制造工作，將可制造性納入產品設計；
5. Create Product Drawings, ECN, parts number, BOM, drawings, specification and other technical documents;
5.創(chuàng)建產品圖紙，發(fā)放ECN，零件號，BOM，圖紙，規(guī)格書和其他技術文件；
6. Provide close technical support, guidance and training to Sales and Customers.
6.為銷售和客戶提供密切的技術支持，指導和培訓。
Ability Request 能力要求 :
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical;
1.本科及以上學歷，機械相關專業(yè)；
2. More than 2 years working experience of mechanical design; experienced in NPD or innovation projects is plus;
2. 2年以上機械設計工作經驗，有新產品開發(fā)或創(chuàng)新項目經驗者優(yōu)先；
3. Familiar with mechanics, material, machine elements, mechanical manufacturing processes;
3.熟悉機械，材料，機械元件，機械制造工藝；
4. Good communication skills and team work capability;
4.良好的溝通能力和團隊合作能力;
5. Good written and oral English;
5.良好的英語口語和書寫能力；
6. Good design software ability, Skilled in UG, Pro-E are highly preferred.
6.良好的軟件設計能力，熟練使用UG，pro-e優(yōu)先。
