崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities: 1. 能獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)員工福利保險的服務(wù),包括但不限于續(xù)保或新單業(yè)務(wù)的理賠數(shù)據(jù)分析、保險方案設(shè)計(jì)、市場詢價、保險排分及落地、日常理賠及保全服務(wù)溝通及協(xié)調(diào)等。 2. 為客戶提供專業(yè)的保險建議,挖掘客戶業(yè)務(wù)需求,為客戶提供解決方案; 3. 建立并維護(hù)客戶檔案,確保數(shù)據(jù)完整、清晰、可追溯,符合合規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn); 4. 高效協(xié)同內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì),確保各項(xiàng)工作符合公司規(guī)范與合規(guī)要求。 1. Independently manage the employee benefits insurance services (renewals and new business) including claims-data analytics, plan design, quotation, insurance placement and implementation, as well as day-to-day coordination of claims and policy-maintenance services. 2. Provide professional insurance advice, identify clients’ needs, and offer solutions. 3. Build and maintain client files that are complete, clear, traceable, and fully compliant. 4. Efficiently collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all work complies with the company's norms and compliance requirements. 崗位要求 Requirements: 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,8 年及以上保險經(jīng)紀(jì)公司或保險公司員工福利保險從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn); 2. 精通員工福利保險,熟悉方案設(shè)計(jì)、詢價、投保、理賠及保全流程; 3. 責(zé)任心與忠誠度高,具備卓越的團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通、協(xié)作及客戶服務(wù)意識; 4. 較強(qiáng)的進(jìn)取心、內(nèi)驅(qū)力和自律性; 5. 可在英語環(huán)境下高效工作,口頭與書面表達(dá)流暢,抗壓能力強(qiáng); 6. 擅長以數(shù)據(jù)分析洞察理賠趨勢,持續(xù)優(yōu)化保險方案; 7. 熟練運(yùn)用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等辦公軟件。 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of 8 years’ employee benefits insurance experience at a broker or insurance company. 2. Proficient in employee benefits insurance, familiar with scheme design, quotation, enrolment/movements, and claims. 3. High sense of responsibility and loyalty, coupled with outstanding communication, teamwork, and client-service orientation. 4. Strong ambition, motivation, and self-discipline. 5. Comfortable working in an English environment; fluent in spoken and written English with proven ability to perform under pressure. 6. Strong data-analytics skills to uncover claims insights and continuously optimize benefit solutions. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
