What You Will Achieve
● Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, represent the work group within department teams, and foster a positive team environment.

● Complete assignments based on established procedures, identify delivery and process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide direction and training to team members.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
● High School Diploma or GED
● 4+ years of experience
● Strong oral and written communication skills
● Proficiency in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
● Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Capability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proficiency in using standard office software and manufacturing systems
